Sales, Refunds & Policies

"We honour your commitment to our programs and strive to maintain fairness and transparency in all transactions."

50% refund if cancelled ≥ 5 days before the program start date (applies to both offline & online programs)
No refund if cancelled within 5 days of the start date
If Sathyodhayam cancels the program, the paid amount can be utilised for the next same class
Refunds processed within 30 days via the original payment method or NEFT
Registrations are non-transferable to another individual
A one-time transfer to another Sathyodhayam program is allowed if the original program was not attended

Prices may change without prior notice
In case of a pricing error, Sathyodhayam reserves the right to cancel or amend the order with a full refund if payment has already been made

Physical materials (if applicable): delivered within 5–20 business days from order confirmation (delivery time may vary depending on distance)
Digital products (e.g., online course access): delivered instantly or within 24 hours after payment confirmation
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control; any delays will be communicated promptly
